Accidentaly called PP with "wrong" phone number

Need to settle a case, called stealth Paypal using my main PP acc phone number put the code from Paypal, waiting for customer service and realized its a wrong phone, i hang up immediately. Am i linked now?

i've called many times. usually 1 piece of info (phone number, ip address) is not a strong link and goes under radar

but same addresses or credit card especially is a hard link and easy to be banned
