These questions concern the bank account. Yes, guys, I ran into a problem.
- I open a bank account in my name, can I make a name in PayPal for my real name listed on the bank account? In either case, PayPal does not see the name on the bank account.
- If PayPal and the bank account have different names, if paypal wants to charge a certain amount from my bank account, will he see the name mismatch and will require an explanation from me?
- I live in the Russian Federation, can I open an account in the coastal zones, whether in the US or in the UK without my participation? I was looking for information on how to open a bank account in the United States of America via the Internet. Nowhere is there information. Can I create at least a virtual bank account?

To answer your first 2 questions: You can create a paypal that has a different name than your bank account and it'll be ok.

Transfering money from the bank to PP with mismatch name should be ok, but it'd be better if you have some funds in the paypal to cover that.

As far as I remember, if there is some kind of debt on ebay paypal automatically charges 50% of the amount from the card 50% of the amount from the balance paypal, am I right?
