Paypal Stealth Limited
 
My stealth PP is limited till I provide proof of address, SSN, photo ID. I purchased this with an Ebay account and have not used the account yet, just logged in a few times. Ebay account is still up. Has anyone had this before and what did you do?

Yes and I used the IPburger VPN too and logged in from the same clean new user account. I didn't take any $$ out.

I found out IP Burer gave me a bad IP which is why the PP froze. IP burger is reccomended in the stealth guide. So use caution with guide

Don't stick to one website for ip's. If you google search what is my ip click the first 5 links and ensure they all match. If not then you have a problem.
