I have never seen a scenario where the account was limited due to negative balance. I normally pay via vcc to make the balance positive again.

I have seen that scenario when pp dipped into a bank account of mine way way back in the early stealth days - I had no overdraft protection so bank denied the dip - pp went limited due to lack of funds.

I had an account suspended due to non payment of negative balance and sat there for months... honestly forgot about the account as it was out of rotation and it was unlimited instantly when I paid the amount owed.

It's bad business to not pay though... if that's what you're planning on doing.

What I experienced on my established account is simply the account will go negative unit I either manually add funds from my bank, or receive payment(s). I have never been limited for simply having the PP go into the negative. I'd try and resolve it as soon as it happens tho.

Account will go negative. No big deal, a lot of accounts are negative due to disputes. They give you 30 days to bring it to zero or positive.

After 30 days they suspend but usually still allow you to accept payments (they will just go towards negative balance).

Eventually will go to debt collector. As long as you pay they will put your account back if you pay in 90 days or less. If longer than 90 days, they say you have to bring to zero then they will review and they make it seem like you will be approved, but they usually ban for good if you pay after 90 days because they think it's too risky

Agreed. Account will go negative. They'll try to debit your bank or your attached credit/debit card. You may incur bank overdraft fees.

They'll nag you to bring it current. If it's a big sum it will go to collections.

They'll take the money to bring it current at almost any point.

You may or may not be limited/suspended.
