I am tottly new in the world of PAYPAL. i bought a product from a seller and i want to pay it via paypal.How can i send the money from my account to her ? and what about the fees ? it say that its free but i heard paypal cut some fee

Hi, your questions seems odd. you were dropshipping games on eBay, got account frozen and you don't know PayPal basics?

You send money via email address and fees are for seller not for buyer.

Are you US based?

There are two ways you can send her a payment-

-friend and family,she pays no fee.

-payment for merchandise,

by the way how can i avoide FEE ? i don't want to pay any kind of fee

Paypal basics are lacking....ilcarletto spoke of your dropshipping OP...frozen accounts...this sounds way too messy and odd.

Trying to avoid Paypal's fee is going to get your account shut down within a matter of days. They don't like it one bit and it's easy for them to monitor/detect fraudulent F&F payments.

If you DO manage to send a "Friends & Family" payment and avoid the Paypal fee, you should know you won't qualify for any type of buyer protection. The fee Paypal charges is what pays for the protection they provide buyers and sellers.

If you already trust this person enough to send a payment without any sort of protection, it would be easier to just use Western Union or Moneygram to send the payment.
