New Stealth Paypal but using a card with the same sort code as my last banned PayPal

Hey guys,
I'm trying to make a stealth PayPal and reading through the stealth bibles and some posts I'm confused as some of you guys say you just ordered a new bank card or ordered a savings account on the side to your bank account. I have just ordered a new savings account it includes a different bank account number but the same sort code. Will PayPal link me for using the same sort code or nah?
