PP and Amzn sharing received payment info for tax limits?

Anyone know if you split payments between the two do they report processed payments between them? Seems silly to think two separate companies would do such, but heard different from one source. Anyone with firsthand experience here?

Also if selling on Amzn do they send you a 1099-K no matter how much you sold?
