Suspended Paypal Account

I got my own paypal premium account suspended long ago
I was using that account in a filehosting ... at that time paypal change there TOS and i didnt notice that ... and it get banned.
So Can i open a new account ?? or can i open a business account ??
As far i learn one user can open 2 account ... personal and business account.

Please if anyone know the answer let me know.
Really need my own paypal account :( :yar:

In theory yes, but if you have had one account limited already its likely that a second account would also get limited

It may be worth looking at going stealth!
