How to withdrawn my money from paypal?
 

Hi guys,

I hope to find an assist here.

I'v an account in an arabic city,

I can't send money or pay invoices but i can withdraw my money to visa,

But the problem is the visa is virtual also i can't verify the visa card because i'm not a resident on the city that i issue the card on it!

Is there any way to get a visa card or a USA bankto withdraw my money ?

Any seller suggested here for this kind of help ?

I appreciate guys if someone guide me to fix this issue.
