Most any US bank is also going to want an Social Security Number (SSN) or some type of Tax ID to open an account with them. This is largely to comply with IRS as well as KYC/AML, Patriot Act, etc.

There are a number of online guides that claim you can open a US bank account without an SSN, but doing so is probably going to be pretty tough.

For USA, You can ONLY withdraw to a USA Bank Account....or request a check....

Paypal US just started to allow withdrawals to credit/debit cards - but for a debit/credit card to be eligible it must be associated with a real bank account (i.e. NOT a prepaid gift card).
Dont go thinking paypal are stupid. Theyre not.

I'm from egypt and paypal allow our country !

The problem is that our national banks doesn't support paypal !

The politics and system in my country sucks.

The arabian country that i have choose to use it for receiving money better than using an egyptian paypal.

I can't pay invoices or send money but i can see that i can withdraw the money to the virtual card but it's not verified !

I need a verified one.

But if there is anyone here to buy the funds i'm ready to sell this account.
