Decision by Visa, it is no longer possible to withdraw money from a PayPal to Visa
 

Hello everybody
Short-Long just trying to withdraw some money from my stealth PayPal account to Loadoo Visa. And second time i see message on transaction page:

The withdrawal to your bank account could not be completed due to a technical problem. The funds have been returned to your PayPal account.

Just tried to dig some explanation on google. Find out interesting info on PayPal Help Center page:

As a result of a decision made by Visa, it is no longer possible to withdraw money from a PayPal account to rechargeable Visa credit cards.

Is this the end of prepaid VISA era?

Any suggestions about that guys?

Is your account a UK pp? If so - only bank account is possible...

Which countries PayPal are you trying to use for this withdrawal?

It doesn't matter UK do not allow withdraws to cards anyway. This clearly for counties where VISA withdraws allowed and this is strange notice on PayPal Help Center (NOT PayPal UK) worrying me that withdraws will be possible only for VISA with name much aka AVS Address Verification Service.
Any suggestions?

This doesn't really have anything to do with AVS. Loads of prepaid, VCC and reloadable cards have AVS on them.

Knowing which countries PayPal you are seeing that notice on would be helpful as it may well just be limited to that country

None exist, use a real bank.

Is your Loadoo visa fully verified with documents ?
