Limited Paypal account with personal information
 

Hello guys, I discovered this forum 4 days ago and it's just amazing the tips and the advices given by each member to help the others in order to get back to work in eBay when getting suspended. So here is my case: I did some mistakes in the past (over 1 year) with my Papal account and I got limited knowing that I have been using my personal information, but I changed my address and my phone number, and a week ago I tried to change my name (just the first letter in both my first and last name).. So my question here is: Am I able to recreate a Paypal account with my personal information without getting limited? Because I want to sell stuffs in eBay.

If the information has been used on paypal before, you cannot use it again.

If the address has changed and your phone number has changed you can use a slight variation of your first name and get back on there again.
Note that you will need a new device as well and a new IP address to make sure you dont get linked to your old paypal.
In addition you will NOT be able to use it with your old ebay account (if that is still operational and not suspended)since it used to be linked to the old paypal. This means youll need to start on ebay with a new account as well.

More precisely, you should get ebay stealth to setup a new PP with brand new information

Notice that I changed the first letter in both first and last name, or if for example my name is Salim, can I use Saliim or Salime? Things like that?
