Paypal Debit Card

On my legit account, I have always used a PayPal debit card. I'm just wondering why no one uses them to withdraw money from Paypal.

Because it can't work with Stealth....not unless people to start stealing Identities, SSN Numbers, find a way to get a card sent to them...and so on.
