4 days, keep trying a couple times a day. Eventually it will go thru. That was what the agent on the phone told me. He explained how everything worked while I acted dumb on the phone. So it came directly from PayPal. They said paypal’s System does the look up etc. what sucks is having multiple accounts that have money in them that you can’t move out of the account if you wanted to until you call PayPal... then you know what happens from there.
