Question does paypal run a mobile quick security check to verify identify for bank withdrawal

Im pretty sure that situation arises when only if your vcc or bank attached is over 2 years old

I've never run into a "security check" just by withdrawing to a bank account and all of my banks are 2+yrs old. Only time I've ever seen the security check was when trying to add a new bank account to a high-volume, aged business Paypal account. There are other situations which commonly trigger security measures but I've never seen or heard of anyone getting that page just by withdrawing to an already attached bank account.

Ok I've run into the problem when i send money a very low amount of money as services or friends and family and it when i do mobile quick check it declines my gv number which was setup when my paypal account was just hope that issue doesn't arise when i do a withdrawal to my bank

Yeah it's really common when you're trying to send money around via email like that, or when trying to add a card/bank to an old account. Never heard of it on a bank withdrawal though. You should be fine withdrawing to an already attached bank account.
