question about IP address
 

I have Dynamic IP. each time I restart the router I get new IP.

But only part of the IP changes.

For example:

XXX.XXX.90.50

Next time New IP will XXX.XXX.88.23

Only last 4 digits changes.


So my question. If I login to PayPal ACC#1 with XXX.XXX.90.50 and PayPal ACC#2 with IP XXX.XXX.88.23



Will they link both accounts solely because IP have same root ( first 6 digits)?

No, they won't link you by that. There are 65025 possible IP addresses you can get just by changing the last two octets.

Welcome to the forums. even if 1 digit changes, that's all that matters.

There is no possible way for you to be linked by one digit of your IP address changing. That's fearmongering nonsense. Every ISP gives out blocks of sequential IP addresses. If "even 1 digit changing" mattered, then every seller using a particular ISP would be banned if one seller using that ISP ever got banned.

I have a small question.
Is there any problems if your IP changes everytime you log in to your Paypal?

iF you're "within" the same city, location, i think that wouldn't be a problem.
