You asked the question and already answered it.
Add a VCC and link it.
You can buy a VCC from one of the sellers in the seller section.

i did do that its linked already i linked it 3 weeks ago but says it charge this card $1.95 USD or equivalent to make sure it's yours.
won't that be a problem?

always says

i added a vcc credit card 3 weeks ago. this account is 3 years old just havent used in 6 months. sold over 40,000 in 3 years. just added new checking about month ago because old was dead.

Ok that doesn't answer my question, let me ask a different way....
Where did you get this VCC? Does the VCC allow you to get the $1.95 Expulse Code? Or is it just a basic VCC, did you get it on the forum?

When you add a VCC, or anything similar you need to Confirm it with an Expulse code when they charge the $1.95 on it.

i got from this forum a reliable guy who has a thread. not sure if it has 1.95 expluse code. might be a basic vcc.

Then best contact him and ask - because it would be him giving you that code anyway.
If it was the wrong kind of VCC buy another one - the proper one this time.

I got a VBA and was verified. I also got a vanilla gift card at Walmart and added that to the credit card area. The credit card is linked but I hit confirm earlier and it said the same thing about them giving me a 4 digit code so they can verify I'm the owner after the deduct $1.95 Is there a way of getting that code or should I take that off of PP acct and get a VCC from a seller on here? I'd like to lift the $1000 monthly limit. Any input on this situation? Thanks
