Trying to make first stealth pp
 

My paypal was banned 6 months ago when I was living in Switzerland. It was banned because I had 4 different accounts with same info (I had no clue about how this stuff worked)

So I am now living in USA and am ready to start selling again.
What I want to do is just have 1 account (at least to start out).
So what I think I need is to make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Gmail account with Just a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, i'll use legit house address and phone number. (I'm moving again soon so i dont think it matters)
I will also use my legit home IP.
Then I need to make the paypal itself. I am opening a checking account with either bank of america or chase as they are both known to tolerate different names with paypal.
I'm wondering what the difference is between business and personal? Which should I use?
I will put legit address and phone number on paypal, with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name.
I will then add my legit checking bank account to my paypal but label with my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name when adding to paypal, is that the correct way?
Is it correct that I will be able to withdraw to my legit bank account from this stealth paypal?
is SSN required?
What exactly is required to verify the paypal and make it stronger? is my legit bank acc enough to do this?

Now a major question for me -
Unlike most people here, I'm not actually selling anything. I am only purchasing items and then I sell them IRL. This means I have to add funds to my new paypal rather than slowly selling items and building a balance.
So, what is the safest, non-suspicious way of adding funds to my paypal while keeping it stealth? I was thinking bitcoin to paypal? What amounts should I do this in to avoid being suspended or reviewed?

I appreciate any help you guys can give me! Just a newbie here so anything is helpful.
