Paypal we couldn't confirm your identity error
 

Question I Have 5 Stealth accounts all different ip's user accounts all over 5 months old When i try to purchase or sent money (Under $20) with funds in my paypal balance it gives me the Paypal Confirm Identity message but when i try to confirm the number which is A Google Voice Number that was registered when i first open the accounts it says we cant confirm your identity aka number..... I'm starting to think its not a glitch but its more with the Google Voice Number.. Is GV Numbers Flagged with Paypal Or am i mistaken any Opinions on this matter

GV numbers are not good for stealth creation. Add a real phone number is an option but paypal will not use this new number for a month or two or more sometimes if you need to add a bank account etc.... Also, you are keeping cookies in place?

Cookies Been In Placed For The Last 6 Months Daily Logging,Browsing ETC.....ive Heard Real Phone Numbers Haven't Been that Much Success EITHER so your DAMNED If You Do Damned If You Don't SMH

google voice numbers work just fine, do you have vcc or vba attached to verify?

never had a problem with real numbers. ALWAYS have problems with non real numbers.

Which Phone/Prepaid carrier are you using if you don't mind sharing??

I like all of them except tracfone. I have had issues recently and it may be from the very rural zip code I registered in for new accounts.

ATT seems best although not cheap.
