Paypal dispute help !

Hello.

I have sold item for 6k $.

I have sent item to buyer. Item tracking show still in transit. Buyer has opened case cos item is wrong ( not that what he ordered ) and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item, even tracking show in transit. I was accepted refund with return item.

In same day buyer has submited return tracking of course which is not working, because he dont have anything to send back because this item which he needs to return is still on way to buyer.

Is there any chances to win this case ?

Yes, phone PayPal and say that the tracking shows nothing , and it is false tracking. They will close the case in your favour most of the time. Sometimes they get appealed later on however.

I've had two cases close for £500-1000 for that exact reason - if the tracking isn't legitimate, they close in your favour :)
