Call them, I've found them to be pretty friendly when it comes reaccessing my accounts.

A random rep or two may want an ID, but just call back, 90% of the time its a simple 5 minute solution

Just call them, Had issues with my paypal logging in before. they didn't ask for ids just your personal info on account

I get this sometimes if I try to make a one time payment on eb using my pp balance... annoying
