Help--There's an issue with your PayPal account
 

I bought an aged eBay/ PP account with sales two month ago. I created new user on my PC, use my phone as hot spot, then just browsing eBay account
for 5 to 6 weeks before listed items. I sold my 1st item last week for $660 ( it is a camcorder ). I shipped it via Priority and buyer received it on 9/18. He left a positive feedback.My fund available on 9/20. Since I haven't link bank account, so I wait until today to send $200 as service/good to my friend's PP. then I got the following message:

"There's an issue with your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal right away so they can help you right away.
If you continued to encounter problems, please contact customer service "

Then I tried I tried to purchase ebook ($2.95 ) on eBay. The payment via PayPal couldn't go thru.

What to do now? I haven't got account limited email from PayPal. Should I just wait a couple of days, then try to link a bank account to withdrawal?

Link a bank account , if ur still not able to move funds call pp

Thanks. Should I buy the instant VBA from seller in the forum to add to PP to see if
it can be relief. It make me nervous because I need to send 4 items (sold $1500 ) next Monday/Tuesday.

I bought the account so can't call PP.

Try to reach the seller who sold you the account and ask him for advice, i rarely deal with US accounts.

but adding an instant VBA and try to send money in 12-24hrs later wouldn't hurt.
