Hello.

Can paypal liknk accounts if i crate seller account in diferent country than buyer account ?

I want to make some feedbacks and buy from my seller account.

I will use VPN for creating account. Also account will be fully werified with ID and proof of adress.

Feedback manipulation is never a good activity to engage in. EBay's bots are very proficient at spotting such activities. Not really worth it for the single feedback youll get from that one account youll open in a different country.
Just sell a bunch of cheap stuff and create actual seller feedback.

Why go through the trouble to create a buyer account when you can safely buy dollar items?
When I have a new stealth, I list a bunch of cheap items but I also buy £0.99 items in a mix of electronically delivered / physical items.

I never bought more that 5 to 7 items on any one account and I spread that over 10 to 15 days.
