Need some info regarding Paypal
 

Hello there newbie here,

im an iranian and i want to sell digital goods online but due to US sanctions i cant open a paypal account (or any other payment account for that matter). I've tried Bitcoin but buyers want Paypal.

There are 3rd party websites in iran that give you their paypal email to withdraw but only if its from a reliable source (for example if you sell on a well-known marketplace) but i want to sell digital goods on my own website using a service like gumroad or payivey and they told me they dont support these websites. they do however if i have my own paypal account (and provide my iranian ID). i make 5k-6k every month on a marketplace but 55% of that is marketplace fee and another 30% is deducted because i dont have a TIN so they assumes im a US seller. so i have no choice but to open a stealth account and i want to know about the challenges.

I have some questions that i'd like to ask:

• Is it fine if i set up and use my own VPN on DigitalOcean or Vultr ?
• Which country should i go with ?
• What are the chances of my account getting limited ?
• Can i do anything if my account gets limited ?

the demand for my digital product is not that high, but im gonna make 2k-3k every month could this be a problem?

im not gonna use the account for anything else im just gonna withdraw from gumroad every month and then send it to the paypal of the service provider in iran (according to them their paypal accounts handle 50k-100k+ daily so im pretty sure its low risk)
