after 180days, i cant withdraw money
 

over 180days from last transaction but no email from paypal

so i called and email them they ask me proof of address, id

What can i do now?
i cant give them docs.

if i send wrong docs, and they close paypal account, can i withdrawal money after 180days again from close account??

any opinion?

This is the new thing they're doing now. On many accounts that have past the 180 day point, they require proof of ID before releasing funds.

The only thing you can do is give them what they are asking for and hope they accept it.

Is this for So. Korea or USA account?

Most of the item PayPal will allow withdawal after the 180 days is up on a USA account, but sometimes they may require ID, esp. if the account is registered, or used from another country.

There were quite a few with accounts registered in the EU claming PayPal is requiring ID docs from a limited account or they will continue holding funds indefinitely.

You should wait 1-2 week more, my transaction released after 200 days so please wait now

Call them is the fastest way, if you fail, try to call them again to let them know your PP account has been passed 180 days and you want to withdraw to the bank

Write down your account information like below cause they will ask :

- last 4 numbers of ID/SSN (if have)
- last 4 numbers of bank account (if have)
- last 4 numbers of creditcard (if have)
- PP address
- Zip code
- Email
- Register name
- Phone
- Birthday

You need to verify your identity.Send your passport to paypal.They will make adjustment in your account.
