Paypal asking for W-9

I have never had a request from Paypal. I recently had a message that Paypal was requesting my w-9 because the EIN didnt match what the IRS had, although I filed taxes on the EIN last year and never had an issue. Is this a glitch? If it is not, how would I get around this issue? The account is in a stealth name and llc. The w-9 document says to sign the document and fill out the main information with name.
