Anyway to beat an "Unauthorized transaction" case?

I've gotten a few "unauthorized charge" cases opened on PP recently... is there any way to beat these? Pretty sure the buyers are just trying to scam me (I get scam buyers more than the average seller I think, whether its this or return fraud, etc) but nonetheless... how do I proceed here? PP has asked me for "further information", but what info exactly am I supposed to provide?

You just have to upload the tracking number and let PP review it. IF the tracking show delivered you will win.

Depends on the dollar amount and how you delivered the item to the customer.

I was able to win a number of these "unauthorized transaction" chargebacks simply by showing tracking number, sales records, and any communication to/from the customer.

Also, if the item is over $700 you MUST use SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION or REGISTERED MAIL if you have any chance at winning these types of disputes.
