Withdrawing Paypal balance using a merchant service?

Any way to withdraw Paypal funds by using a separate merchant account such as 2checkout? I don't have a website though so I don't think 2checkout would approve me for an aco****. Any suggestions?

There are various ways of cashing out your paypal balance via merchant accounts, purchasing gift cards etc... but should only really be used as a one off to avoid the 72 hour wait on new accounts. Using a method that avoids the conventional way of withdrawing to a bank account as a long term strategy is a sure fire way of getting yourself limited.
