Paypal asks to add bank account to withdrawl while bank account already existed
 

I ran account this problem which has never happened to me in the past that I already have a bank account attached to my Paypal and when I clicked on transfer money. Paypal ask to link bank account again? Anyone have this same issue and any clues is helpful.

I have noticed a glitch when I add VBAs to my accounts. After I add the VBA then confirm it instantly, sometimes it still shows that the bank account is not confirmed. So I remove the ban then re-add the bank. It does not require me to re-confirm. After I add it the second time, it just shows confirmed already.

I do not know how helpful this will be to you. But perhaps you may want to try removing then adding again. It should not ask you to confirm again (unless you hadnt confirmed in the past).

The added bank already shown confirm but then it asked you to link the bank again

I noticed that my Paypal was limited without any notifications through email or even when I logged into my Paypal account. And when I tried to hit transfer money to bank. It prompted me to add a new bank account which I already a confirmed bank attached. Anyone have this issue. This is new. Any inputs are appreciated.
