When is it safe to withdrawal funds to bank account
 

Hi i have many of stealth paypal accounts with available funds in my balance and pending funds my question is when is it safe to start transferring funds to my bank account shall i wait to all my funds are available or can i transfer whats available now without risk of limitation

Whenever, just leave some extra funds to cover future payments that are being 21 day held.

I usually leave 4-5 times the average sale in my paypal at regular times.

Start off with a small $20 withdraw to get the ball rolling. If they want to confirm via text, take that as a sign the account isn't ready yet and wait longer

It's always a good practice to leave a little bit in your account at all times. Don't transfer it all to your bank. Every seller has their own techniques, but Rsot above keeps 4-5X the average sale in his account as a "reserve". I do something similar because you never know when a changeback or refund will happen, and I never want to be caught in the negative.

Think of PayPal like a checking account, you should keep a few extra bucks in there at all times for "unexpected" events. This also makes the account less likely to see a limitation.
