How can I confirm my PayPal with a bank account ?? Stealth account . Sort of a newbie on the scene, so please any help would be much appreciated

Best buying the stealth guide if you're a newbie to this sort of thing. It's worth its weight in gold :)

You just add your bank account as normal and follow paypals setup instructions. That verifies the account and you can withdraw funds to your bank, just like a real account.
