Paypal VCC need answers
 

I have a question which i cant find..

I have some polish paypals. (poland paypals)

They are stealth. So i dont wanna add any bank accounts because there will be my informations.

So if i add VCC from UK, or USA or something like that, do paypal see that the vcc is from another country and will limit my account (or ask for documentations which proofs my identity and adress?)

Or paypal doeasnt see that VCC is from USA or UK and i can simply add vcc from UK/USA to my POLISH paypal account without problems and confirm it?
