Unable to update or change my paypal email

I have been looking on the forum to see if anyone else has had this problem or can offer a solution. I have been trying to update my paypal email, and I am unable to add a new email or update the current email, I get this error message: "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." Anyone?

Never had such an issue myself.
Might be a glitch in which case try again in a couple of days.
If it is not a glitch then try calling in. Shouldn't be a complicated call.
