When to start listing higher dollar items on ebay?

hello, i have had a lot of bad luck on ebay recently, and it's been about 1 month is i made an account and had 6 sales.

all sales have been under 37$

just waiting for limits to reset, or increase and was wondering should i start posting things in the 100-200$ range?

or is it still risky? help!
