I need to fax paypal a picture so I can show proof of postage but I don't have a fax machine is there anyway that I can fax it to them through the internet?

yes, alot of services and free trials, most want your credit card first, so put vcc with nothing much on it for free trial and then call and cancel when youve used service,

popfax doesnt ask for vcc.

a flag would be handy to recommend services,assume you are is US?

alternatively make a new windows user, just to upload direct and then delete it after.
