"Your card was declined by the issuing bank" when trying to add a card to Paypal??

It's a prepaid Vanilla Mastercard. Help!

Did you register the prepaid card online to have the same zip code as your stealth account?

Speeder is right, make sure you login at the Vanilla site and designate a zip code that matches the address you used in PayPal. That's what I usually have to do sometimes to get it to work.
