Which country is good to start paypal with it?
 

Hi,

I'm from Egypt, And paypal is still the worst here because of the limitation ,

I want to open a paypal country outside Egypt,

Is there any safe country to start creating paypal account ?

I know it's not safe to open a paypal outside your country , But this is what i do since years,
But i want to know more suggestions.

Hi,

My suggestion is to go into our marketplace and pick a seller you are comfortable with.
(you can PM me and I'll recommend the one I have used myself)

I know that paypal is limited in certain countries and it's better to have them in others,
so I do recommend them if you know how to operate them with your virtual machines and info.

Id do some major research if I were you to find out which country would be easiest for you specifically to deal with in term of using the paypal account - and cashing out the funds within it.
