Issue with paypal login?

Hello everybody,

I got an issue with my new paypal account.
I'm using a portable hotspot device with a brand new sim card in it.
I completed my registration on paypal website, then added my CC details.
Once i came back to my new gmail account in order to complete the paypal account mail verification, I wasn't able to load paypal website anymore.

It says that access from my server is not possible.

What's going on?

might be a glitch in PayPal site or your hotspot device is not working properly.

try again and let us know.
