Paypal unable to withdraw money
 

Hey fam!!!
I got a Portuguese stealth paypal, the account is fully verified, and already have some transactions. Passed Monday i made a sale in these account, already added the tracking number, but PP don’t let transact the money. I tried invoice, tried buy something on ebay, virwox... I don’t know what to do. The last account these happened to me, I called paypal, and minutes after call, they blocked my account. Anyone got a clue? I don’t bank account attached, but all my stealth Paypal worked well without, and for Portuguese pp, don’t need bank account to become verified.

No friend!!! Funds are available, made a sell a last Monday, i let the money seat 5 days, than tried to buy something, and paypal don’t let me buy. Say we cannot process your payment right now

I have 12 paypal accts in this status, the earliest one is on early september. I still haven't been able to make any small transactions on these accts yet.

Neither do i, tried a 10 cents transaction, won’t let it too

Just an update, today was able to transact 5 euro cents, was the biggest value they released

I wouldn't push paypal by testing different purchase prices. Its because the account just made a sale and you're not withdrawing to a bank account.

Paypal may be worried that you use the funds to purchase the item, then there will be no funds left to cover the sale in case there is a problem.

5 days is way to short, you need to wait 3 weeks form any purchase from time of payment to spend new paypal money

Understand what you all saying. But, that’s a practice of mine, usually don’t wait more than 2 or 3 days, and paypal let me transact the money, a percentage of it, but these time, they don’t let even a small percentage. The account have a few sales, is not the first one. If i was withdrawing for a bank account, these problems won’t happen?

Unfortuantrely this is what PayPal often does. What you were used to doing yesterday might not work today.

I'd take the advise of Speeder33 above and you should wait longer before attempting to spend these funds.

Paypal is a psico friend!! Today we do it that way, tomorrow we have to do in another one. I will take the advise mate, we are here to learn with each other! When i have updates i will post them

I know it's probably not what you wanted to hear.

I'm even surprised that PayPal let you take 5 Euro cents. lol..
Maybe that's too large of an amount. :)

In due time the funds will release, just takes a little time.

Not correct.
I am waiting 24-48h before transferring or withdrawing recently received funds on brand new accounts, no issues at all.

All I can say, you have some sort of link between accounts.
Not enough to limit all of them instantly, but they still see pattern, that's why placing soft holds..

Not all accounts are the same. He is right and so are you, thus he is not wrong.

I have waited one whole month and tried transaction on one of my accts, and it still unable to complete the transaction.

OK, for most people, they simply wait 24-48 hours to be able to move the money. I dont know why mine is different and I have waited one month but got nothing.

But I finally find my way out. Just leave it here in case anyone having the same problem.

Instead of keep trying to send money out, I sent a small amount from other paypals. After that, I am able to make a small transaction out of this zombie paypal. And after paypal opened this door, I am able to make a bigger second transaction.

Nimade71, tried that way on these account too, and worked. And, in other account that i have with the same issue, waited about 72hours and withdraw to other account 10 cents, than waited again a couple of days, and was able to withdraw the remaining money

I think I’m having soft limitations in all accounts, and i think is because the repetitive withdraw method

PayPal needs trust. You must work slowly. You need to wait.

Thanks for your confirmation of my method. I will slowly work out all my other accts with this method.

Most of these soft limited accts I have are new accts. So I believe it is the trust issue. I just never thought that I should do something instead of simply waiting.
