Re: Paypal random limits - possibly IP related?
I was in a similar situation as you. I sell a lot of digital items on my stealth account too. I'm still good. BUT...you are at more risk of losing your account selling digital items. I never had any real invoices for my stuff. I purchased an ID with my matchin stealth account info, and told PP I was selling my old game collection and items I bought from yard sales and conventions. So I couldn't provide a receipt/invoice. My ID had my stealth address on it so I didnt need a bill. Even tho my items were digital I shipped the codes on a printed piece of paper with tracking. PayPal wants this to show delivery and I don't tell them its digital cause they don't like sh*t. Shiping w/ tracking also gets you seller protection just in case ppl try to scam you opening dispute saying they never got it. The only thing you gotta worry about are unauthorized charge disputes. As long as your tracking says delivered to the customers address PP will resolve the case in your favor.
So if your items arent obvious digital items(Like says digital or code/key in your item descriptions) dont tell them theyre digital. Get a ID w/ ur stealth address, upload tracking numbers, and tell them you dont have invoices/receipts because of the reason I said above then pray that ID passes. Out of all the IDs I gave PP I've had a 50% success rate.
