Guys all hello. On a new PayPal account in a $ 100 freeze, can I do anything with them? Transfer to another PayPal or pay some kind of service?

$100 freeze...you can't do anything with this unless it becomes unfrozen - is it a 21 day hold or is your account limited or...?

Hi there is no my account is not limited it works correctly and well.
I just sold the item with a stealth account for $ 100 now they are frozen on PayPal what can I do with this amount except how to withdraw after 21 days?
