Making a new Paypal account

Hello,

I want to make a new French Paypal account. My previous one is limited since early 2017. I want to use if possible my real info.

I will use:
- Real name
- Real address but with slight change like "Rd" instead of "Road"
- Real DOB
- New e-mail address
- New IP
- New bank account
- New card

Will Paypal find me ? Will this works better if I change my address and keeping real name and DOB, for example if I move ?

If I make a stealth account, how I will be able to remove €2500 EU limits ? By providing PS'ed documents ? Or make new account each €2500 ?

To make sure you're not linked you need to make sure EVERYTHING is different to your limited account. PayPal will 100% see through you using your real address but with RD instead of road. You will also need to use a fresh user account or virtual machine to make sure no cookies are linked.

For sure, thanks, but if I do a stealth account the only way to remove annual limits is by doing PS'ed documents, right ?
