Very true!
So, you know about spreading out sales over multiple accounts. Unfortunately you haven't fully taken advantage of this with aged accounts and dozens of PayPals with your volume. Nothing you can do but keep trying to build up reserve accounts. Also spreading sales to merchant accounts (which you should be fine with higher dollar amounts, I don't know why you have issues with that), and other payment processors. I like Bitcoin.
Depending on your customers take other payment processors as well.. heck Amazon Payments is great too.
Part of the business is handling financing; it sounds like you're going through a growth period and possibly need partners or assistants to help with departments that have out grown you (I can't help, sorry). I hope you get the help you need. Maybe focus less on building and more on payment management so you can capitalize on your work.
Good luck! | You are right! I definitely need to come up with a better plan for financial management. I'm so used to working alone and have for over 10 years but now it's all more than I can handle, so I will seek options for assistance.
As far as merchant accounts, the one I used before told me that I can't make over 3K per day. ( Didn't know there was limits on merchant accounts) So that ended up being an issue because they didn't tell me that upfront. I was already making over 6k a day at that time. In the process of getting another merchant account now.
I dibbled and dabbled with bitcoin before but never really gave it a real chance. Just seemed it would be difficult for my customers to make payments if they weren't familiar with bitcoin. Wanted to keep it simple. I will look into it more. Thanks for the great tips. :) |
