Best and Low Cost Method to Withdraw Money from Saudi Arabian PayPal
 

Hi Friends,
I'm from Pakistan.
PayPal is officially not available in my country since long.
I'm using PayPal account of my friend for Freelancing services
who is living in Saudi Arabia. As I need to withdraw the amount,
he is scared of withdrawal in local bank due to security concerns.
I wanted to know if there is any better and low cost method to bring
that money to my country safely?

e.g Xoom
- Any VCC service to my local bank transfer etc

But must be a low cost method.

You shouldn't have a problem just adding a bank account.

I see a lot of freelancers from your country on sites like upworks and there shouldn't be any banking problems on your end
