| iceman420 | 11-02-2017 04:30 PM | Anyone getting withdrawl limits AFTER confirming VCC and Bank?! Recently Ive been getting hit on a couple of accounts (after the 180 days to withdraw) with withdrawl limits EVEN after I have a VCC and bank account attached. Ive never had this before, anyone else run into this or know how to get passed it? |
| iceman420 | 11-02-2017 04:31 PM | Re: Anyone getting withdrawl limits AFTER confirming VCC and Bank?! Also to add, I get the message from paypal when logged in after I add bank or vcc "your withdrawl limits have been lifted" and then I try to withdraw over 1000usd and it states I need lift my limits, this is annoyinnnnnnng |

Go into your wallet and see if your VCC is showing up as a "prepaid" card. If so that's where the withdrawal limit is coming from. |

Sometimes it has taken a couple of attempts, but I have gotten them to go through. You may also want to switch up the amounts or wait til the next day. |

Someone a few weeks ago was saying citi gives you unlimited virtual cards and they don't show up as prepaid cards.
Are you able to add a new card on a limited account after 180 days? |

Because you can't withdraw before you add your bank account, lol. |

But why not just withdraw $1000 per month until you have it all out?
EDIT: Probably cheaper and easier than adding a bunch of new cards. |

Hey! ME TOO! Here's something that I just discovered on one of my accounts with this issue... I remembered this post from today's browsing wile I was eating lunch, this might work for you too.
Go to the front log in page. Log in, of course....
For me it was always not being able to push the verification $1.95 through, to bring up that window that allowed the info to be put in. Sometimes it would appear after getting that error message, sometimes it wouldn't, and I couldn't withdraw. So anyways, here's what I did today and it worked on two out of 3 accounts I was stuck unable to withdraw from.
Down at the very bottom of the left hand side of the page is the link "See how much you can send with PP". Click it. Once you click it, it may show your card is linked and your bank is linked (I'm assuming your SS# is the one you can't verify) AND IT MAY NOT! TWO of mine gave me the option to verify my card (again- I did it once already) but I went through the steps, and got the code (and while logged into my card I could see I verified that $1.95 already 3+ weeks ago) and I did it again on the same card, and then got the page where I can "lift the limit" which brings up the window where you can enter the 4 digit PIN code.
So thinking I had this issue sorted I went back to another account I wanted to withdraw from, and clicking that first link didn't bring up the option to again verify the card on file. So it may or may not work, but doing that worked for me on TWO ACCOUNTS today that I was thinking another day or two would let the error message pass from my account. Just wanted to share in case this would get you that window to reverify your card and let your withdraw to go through. |

In my experience, on limited accounts that now have access to funds, you will still get that $1000 withdraw message. But after you withdraw the initial $1000, just keep trying and trying repeatedly. I have done this in the past (maybe 9 months ago or longer). It has worked. I had taken out the $1000, then tried a different amount over and over. I get error messages, but sometimes it eventually goes through, so I keep trying. Eventually I always got it all out. I did not wait 30 days. This was usually over a span of 1-7 days.
Hope this helps :) | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 04:38 PM. | |
