Please enter Valid number phone - paypal
 

Hello.

I tryed to send money to Poland Paypal from US paypal. (it was as friends and family)
So it asked me to verify with text message. So i did it succesfull.

but the text came to my google voice and i enter it successful.
But after i tryed to send (it was just 10$) it asked me to "enter valid number phone"
Should i just wait or what is the problem?

Sounds like not enough trust in the account.
Is this a new account? how many payments have you sent on it previously?
And WHY would you send payment as a personal one? 'Eat' the fees and do things properly or you run the risk of having the account limited.

Well sometimes i just send to my other paypal acc which is very trusted.

I sent just 1 payment - 10$ before.

And received like 150$ total.
Sometimes i just need to pay for stuff so i send some money to another account. I'm sending with other accounts like that and i NEVER had this problem.
And i've been doing this some months thats why i made thread there because its my first time like that. I'll wait like 48 hours then i'll try again. Dont wanna risk.
Account have about 2.5 month.

That's a rather young account.
Like you said give it some time and try again
And as I said - dont send it as a personal payment or you risk losing the account. Not worth it to save a few dollars.

So if i want to send to another payment should i just send it "pay as goods" so the paypal gets their fee, right?

Exactly..

And to do it even safer, have your receiving account send an invoice before hand so it looks like a real transaction.
