Paypal suddenly putting a 21 day hold on foreign orders?
 

This just started 2 days ago and it's ONLY on orders from outside of the USA. My eBay account is above standard. The only thing I've done differently is I've started shipping foreign orders using Paypal postage. I sell seeds so to get them through customs I put "beads" on the customs information. I'm guessing I should go back to shipping International orders through Stamps?

Many countries have quarantine restrictions in regard to plants, seeds, some types of foods, animal/agri items, etc.

It's quite possible that your international customers are using riskier forms of payment in PP eyes e.g. certain credit cards or so. Might have tripped a flag on pp's side.

Cause the gorvement scared the sellers will ship cannabis seeds to foreign countries

They ought to be more afraid of them being shipped in, lol.

Possibly because it takes longer for the packages to get to their destination and they want to make sure the money will still be in the account in case there are any problems.

But i agree its idiotic if they already removed the 21 day holds from your account

You can not put a phake declaration to bypass Customs.

I knew that already, I just didn't know if Paypal was capable of catching it for not. Regardless I'm going to back to printing the postage on Stamps.com.
