eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Paypal stealth acc with Shopify

Hi all, I hope I chose the right place to post my issue.
I'm from Russia and just set up Shopify store. Struggling to attach payment processor but in my country I must be registered enterpreneur to do so with shopify. Can I buy stealth business paypal acc (maybe Canadian) and attach it to shopify shop with my Russian personal data?

yes if youre able to create a stealth paypal acc in us etc then you should be able to link it to shopify without any problems

But to withdraw money from stealth acc I need to use these shady methods with payoneer, giftcards, etc.? I won't be able to attach my Russian debit cards to stealth acc.?

I actually bought a Canadian stealth pp and a Canadian private proxy. But when I visit my Shopify store from Canadian proxy, it still thinks that I'm in Russia, probably because I stated my Russian personal data as I registered the store.
So when I try to attach PP express checkout, it opens a Russian PP page.
Wouldn't there be a red flag for PP if it knows by such way that I attach Russian Shopify to Canadian account?

I think you should start over! get a new Shopify account (with canadian adress), first delete cookies and browsing history or get a new browser or if you already had a russian PP account so Better if u create a new User account on your computer (call it for exp Canada) and operate ur Buisiness from that Account..

Probably they are not gonna accept the card as its already attached to the previous account.. Im not sure Probably somone else has a better answer..
