Paypal Advice and Help Please

Hello this is in regards to a negative paypal balance of -300.
It all happened little over 2 years ago when I was selling shoes, As soon as I shipped out shoes the buyer filed an unauthorized charge back against me and he won.

The paypal was made in a nickname

I would like to pay this negative balance back but I do not have the login information or email address.

What should I do ?
