Paypal EU limit documents

Hi

My Stealth PayPal account has reach its receiving limit and they have asked for the usual verification documents. I submitted these over 2 weeks ago and it still says 'we will get back to you in 2-3 days'. Meanwhile my account has gone red as extra payments came in and is limited until they look at the documents. Is this normal? Should I sit and wait or chase them?

Best to give them a call, they seem to be taking ages to lift limits I've been waiting over a month on two accounts

Passport copy and utility bill. Same as for every other account I've had.
